Important! We need your e-mail address!

Logging into the Port Community System (PCS) will become more secure than ever. Starting on 1 May 2017, we will ask every user to choose a new strong password; after that, users (like yourself) will need to update this password every four months. As the first step in this process, we will need a work e-mail address (preferably from an individual account) from everyone who works with the PCS. This e-mail address is crucial in order to help you in the event you accidentally forget your password or wish to reset it.

Many parties have already submitted their e-mail addresses to us. Have you not yet given us yours? When you log into the PCS in a moment, a screen in which you can do so will automatically appear. Only after you have submitted and confirmed a work e-mail address (preferably from an individual account) will you be able to continue your work in the PCS.

Until 1 may 2017, you will simply continue using your existing login details. You can find all the details about logging in with a new strong password, and read about the following planned steps to improve PCS security, here.

  • 8 characters
  • 1 digit
  • 1 of the following special characters ~`!#$%^&*+=-[]\';,/{}|":<>?@_().
  • 1 capital
  • 1 lower case character
